經國七海文化園區的設計及工程時間：第一階段於2020年11月開始，並於2022年1月結束，舉行開幕儀式；第二階段於2022年3月開始，並於2024年8月完成。
The design and construction schedule of Ching-Kuo Chi-Hai Cultural Park is divided into two phases. The first phase began in November 2020 and was completed in January 2022 with an opening ceremony. The second phase began in March 2022 and was completed in August 2024.
以寧靜為主題，這個項目將博物館與全球數字圖書館的漢學研究相結合，旨在將形而上學融入空間。入口作為空間氛圍的起點，將書法筆觸的力量和節奏轉化為固體和光影穿透、材質的交錯流動展現深邃本質，這使得訪客能夠在沉思中體驗到清晰與廣闊。
This project aims to create a calm and peaceful space by integrating a museum with global digital libraries focused on Sinology research while incorporating the philosophy of the mind. As visitors enter, they will find a peaceful atmosphere that reflects the smooth flow of calligraphy, turning it into beautiful shapes and soft light. Contemplation fosters clarity and insight, helping us recognize our place in the world and deepening our appreciation of life.
