(1) In order to promote sustainable development, we dispatched personnel to participate in and obtain relevant certificates of green designers of carbon footprint management practice and GD\Green Designer green decoration certification, and adopted green building materials and energy-saving design at the design source, combined with epidemic prevention plans, to achieve a healthy indoor environment, and implementing it into project, as well as completion verification, provide a healthy and safe indoor environment to customers.

(2) Implement the material and construction site management of "office bases" with the company/Microsoft that has committed to net zero emissions from international brands. After completion, the indoor air quality (IAQ) test and verification are in line with the “Indoor Air Quality Standards” announced by Environmental Protection Agency on Nov. 23, 2012.

(3) The office space of “Molie Quantum Energy” project that we are working with Taiwan Cement Corp. and Taiwan Alliance for Net Zero Emission (TANZE) is in line with “Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design” (LEED)’s certified goal which is initiated by USGBC.
