Located in the Xinyi Planning District, this Grade-A commercial office building project involved the turnkey execution of two floors, totaling approximately 840 ping (about 2,772 m²), for the client’s office and R&D center within a three-month timeframe. Having previously completed a project for the same client in 2016, covering five floors with a total area of 2,300 ping (about 7,581 m²), our team was highly recognized and entrusted once again to deliver this project.
