Employee Performance Management
At RTD, we start strong by having new employees complete an onboarding interview and maintain a daily work journal during their first three months. This journal tracks tasks and challenges, with mentorship available to provide support.
Our performance management policy includes biannual reviews, starting with a self-assessment followed by supervisor evaluations. This open communication aligns employee efforts with company goals. In 2023, 93% of regular employees completed their annual evaluations, while those on probation or returning from extended leave with less than three months of service were exempt. At RTD, we are committed to fostering individual growth and success.
Employee Training
At RTD, our greatest asset is our people. We are dedicated to developing talent through a robust annual training plan that enhances skills and professional knowledge. This commitment boosts adaptability, job satisfaction, and retention, ultimately driving innovation and competitiveness. We allocate a significant budget for training programs focused on professional skills and leadership development. Additionally, we encourage employees to pursue external courses, fostering a culture of continuous learning that benefits everyone.

Additionally, employees can choose advanced paid screenings and receive discounted health check-ups for their dependents, promoting the wellness of both staff and their families. Occupational Safety and Health
At RTD, an interior design and renovation company, we wholeheartedly believe that the safety and health of our employees are paramount. We actively implement robust safety standards and measures to mitigate workplace hazards, fostering a safe work environment that not only protects our team but also enhances work efficiency and quality, ultimately minimizing accidents and losses. In line with Article 34 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act, we have developed a comprehensive Safety and Health Work Code, managed by our dedicated Occupational Safety and Health Supervisor and Safety Officers within the Quality Assurance Department. Our commitment extends to establishing an Occupational Safety and Health Committee consisting of eight members, with labor representatives holding 62.5% of the seats, while employer representatives account for 37.5%. This committee convenes quarterly to assess, coordinate, and propose vital safety and health initiatives. In 2023, we successfully conducted four meetings, highlighting our proactive approach.
To safeguard our employees' physical and mental health, we provide biannual health check-ups that are crucial for their well-being. Before these assessments, employees fill out labor inspection and overwork questionnaires. The data collected enables us to identify hazards, pinpoint high-risk groups, and engage in ongoing monitoring to prevent illnesses and health issues. By investing in our employees' health, we ensure a thriving and productive workforce.
