Customer Health and Safety |
We embrace the powerful concept of "Five Senses and Six Perceptions" in our designs, harmonizing sight, sound, color, taste, touch, and the rich perceptions of the eye, ear, nose, tongue, body, and mind. This dedication is demonstrated through our commitment to indoor air quality (IAQ), indoor environmental quality (IEQ), and indoor environmental health (IEH). By infusing sensory experiences into every aspect of our aesthetics, health, functionality, safety, comfort, and service, we create environments that truly resonate with our clients. This intentional approach not only elevates the design process but also crafts spaces that are intuitive and centered around human experience. Our clients are empowered to engage with subtle sensory details, fostering a deeper connection with their surroundings and enhancing their overall well-being. |

Design Philosophy & Values — Our Commitment Our design process starts with thorough, face-to-face meetings to understand each client’s needs, expectations, budget, and timeline. Based on this information, we create customized proposals that include layouts, sketches, and elevations. We collaborate closely with architects and engineers to ensure that all plans comply with safety codes and regulations. From the initial concept to the final details, we refine design elements such as style, materials, colors, and furniture layout. Every decision is confirmed with the client before we proceed, guaranteeing a safe, comfortable, and trustworthy design experience. |
Customer Health and Safety Every successful project begins with a personal meeting to delve into the client's needs, expectations, budget, and timeline. This foundational step allows us to create a tailored design proposal featuring layouts, sketches, and elevations. Our dedicated collaboration with architects and engineers ensures strict adherence to safety codes and building regulations, prioritizing your peace of mind. We then craft a comprehensive plan detailing the design style, materials, color schemes, and furniture layout. Prior to finalizing any details, we ensure the client’s approval, fostering transparency and trust throughout the process. Your vision and safety are our top priorities every step of the way. |

We strive to provide our clients with peace of mind throughout every stage of construction. Our experienced team adheres to clear plans and timelines, carefully managing on-site work, supervision, and coordination. Our designers and site managers collaborate closely to ensure that updates are implemented promptly and any issues are resolved quickly. Safety is our highest priority. All workers follow strict protocols and wear protective gear, which allows us to maintain a zero-accident record. Using our PAD mobile management system, we conduct real-time site inspections and quality checks, ensuring transparency and consistent standards are upheld.
Final Inspection — Committed to Quality
Interior renovations change how people live, and our clients' health and safety are our top priorities. Since our founding, we have maintained an impeccable record with zero health or safety violations, reflecting our commitment to human-centered, health-first design.
During the final inspection phase, we implement a robust quality and safety system to ensure every project exceeds standards.
Air quality is critical, so we use eco-friendly materials like low-formaldehyde boards and non-toxic paints to eliminate harmful substances. Before handover, we conduct air quality tests with on-site monitors to ensure a healthy indoor environment.
To enhance comfort, we also assess factors like lighting, acoustics, and humidity. In select projects, we collaborate with specialists for environmental comfort assessments, guaranteeing that every space looks stunning and feels welcoming.
Customer Rights and Service Quality
Since its founding, Ruentex has proudly upheld the highest standards of customer rights and service quality. As of 2023, we are proud to report that we have never faced incidents of false service labeling, misleading marketing, or breaches of customer privacy and sensitive information. These values are at the core of Ruentex's mission. To swiftly and effectively meet our clients' needs, we have developed a comprehensive customer service process that addresses any concerns or deficiencies. Whether it’s handling design changes during construction or managing requests for enhancements after project completion, we are dedicated to understanding and fulfilling each client's requirements. Throughout the reporting period, we received no complaints regarding privacy infringements, data leaks, or loss of customer information—testament to our commitment to excellence.
We believe in transparency and collaboration, which is why we actively encourage clients to participate in four critical inspections: layout verification, equipment termination, pipeline pressure testing, and waterproofing. These inspections not only ensure quality but also foster a collective commitment to safety and effectiveness. Our extensive services include disaster response, maintenance, warranty, project handovers, and equipment servicing.
Upon completing each project, we conduct thorough surveys to collect valuable client feedback. This helps us gauge perceptions of our services and products and empowers us to continually enhance our quality and service standards. The results from the 2023 customer satisfaction survey reflect Ruentex’s outstanding performance across service, design, and construction. For instances with lower ratings, we promptly follow up to analyze issues and implement improvements.

Supply Chain Management
At RTD, our key suppliers include raw material providers and specialized contractors essential to our interior renovation projects. We view these suppliers as crucial team members, helping us achieve our sustainability goals.
New suppliers undergo a rigorous selection process before becoming official partners. Each transaction requires them to sign the General Terms and Conditions of Construction Contracts, ensuring compliance with our governance, environmental, and social standards.
After project completion, our design, construction, and procurement leads assess supplier performance using the Supplier Assessment Form. If a supplier's score falls short of RTD’s standards, we are ready to seek alternatives. Our assessment criteria cover design collaboration, quality, cooperation, on-site management, schedule adherence, product alignment, and price competitiveness. This ensures we partner with the best in the industry.
RTD is committed to high standards of construction quality and occupational health and safety. We assign qualified on-site engineers to each project and require suppliers to follow our management procedures for a safe and compliant work environment. These engineers provide real-time supervision, and safety violations will incur penalties as stated in our General Terms and Conditions of Construction Contracts.
Contractors must adhere to occupational safety laws and implement effective self-managed safety protocols to minimize risks. Additionally, if a supplier encounters bankruptcy, closure, relocation, ownership changes, or has a record of poor performance, our procurement department will promptly review and may revoke their qualification.
