During the final inspection phase, we implement a robust quality and safety system to ensure every project exceeds standards.
Air quality is critical, so we use eco-friendly materials like low-formaldehyde boards and non-toxic paints to eliminate harmful substances. Before handover, we conduct air quality tests with on-site monitors to ensure a healthy indoor environment.
To enhance comfort, we also assess factors like lighting, acoustics, and humidity. In select projects, we collaborate with specialists for environmental comfort assessments, guaranteeing that every space looks stunning and feels welcoming.

Whether it’s handling design changes during construction or managing requests for enhancements after project completion, we are dedicated to understanding and fulfilling each client's requirements. Throughout the reporting period, we received no complaints regarding privacy infringements, data leaks, or loss of customer information—testament to our commitment to excellence.
We believe in transparency and collaboration, which is why we actively encourage clients to participate in four critical inspections: layout verification, equipment termination, pipeline pressure testing, and waterproofing. These inspections not only ensure quality but also foster a collective commitment to safety and effectiveness. Our extensive services include disaster response, maintenance, warranty, project handovers, and equipment servicing.
Upon completing each project, we conduct thorough surveys to collect valuable client feedback. This helps us gauge perceptions of our services and products and empowers us to continually enhance our quality and service standards. The results from the 2023 customer satisfaction survey reflect Ruentex’s outstanding performance across service, design, and construction. 隨著極端氣候變化加劇使環保意識抬頭,永續發展已從倡議成為日常生活的一部分。裝潢設計作為與人息息相關的行業,需要透過不斷創新與跨領域整合將永續的概念融入設計之中。在實踐永續的過程中有時會遇到來自客戶的疑問,包含環保建材的認知與費用、節能設計的趨勢、簡約不繁瑣的裝飾等,潤德皆會耐心的與客戶溝通並堅守永續理念。為了因應國際趨勢,潤德參考國際綠建築相關標準–LEED、EEWH及WELL等指標應用於設計及採購,於2023年經手的案件皆以綠色永續為主軸,其中包含能源效率、資源節約、室內環境品質、及水資源管理等,相比於傳統的裝潢設計追求華麗與繁瑣,潤德以簡約溫暖的設計來裝修空間。

供應鏈管理
潤德主要供應商分為原材料及各項裝修工程專業承包商等,室內裝修業因行業特性關係,我們視供應商為專案中的團隊成員,透過夥伴關係達成各項永續目標,在供應鏈管理上新供應商應通過評選後才能成為協力廠商,於每一次交易時透過共同簽署「工程承攬契約通則條款」,嚴格要求其遵守本公司有關治理、環境、社會面的各項規範。工程個案完工驗收時,針對個案材料供應商及工程施工廠商,由專案之設計、工務、發包單位負責人填寫「工料協力廠商評鑑表」進行該協力廠商之評鑑,如果評分結果低於潤德規定標準,將進行廠商汰換。評核項目包含-設計配合度、設計品質、工程配合度、施工品質、現場管理、工期、產品及報價配合度及價格競爭性等。
潤德非常重視施工品質與職業安全衛生,於施工場所全面配置適當專責之現場工程師,更於合約中要求供應商配合本公司之各項管理程序,把安全及符合法規的工作環境視為首要任務。本公司重視工地配置適當之現場工程師,可隨時給予新通過評鑑廠商即時督導,並依「工程承攬契約通則條款」中之訂有「違反安衛事項扣款規定」進行處罰。
對於負責現場施工的承包商,潤德要求他們遵循職業安全健康管理法規和施工安全自主管理機制,以確保所有供應商的作業流程符合最高標準,並有效降低職業安全風險。此外,如果供應商有倒閉、歇業、遷移、易主或不良記錄及行為等異動時,發包部會即時修正資料或刪除其資格。 |
