The Company has established several management policies including the Code of Integrity, Operating Procedures and Guidelines for Integrity Management, Code of Ethical Conduct, and Insider Trading Prevention Procedures. The General Manager’s Office is designated as the responsible unit, reporting directly to the Board of Directors on a regular basis (at least once a year). In collaboration with the Company’s Internal Audit unit and the Audit Committee’s supervisory and risk control mechanisms, the Company ensures that all operations faithfully uphold its commitment to integrity in business practices, meeting the expectations of investors and all employees.
Integrity Management Activities in 2024:
- Reported implementation status at the 13th meeting of the 12th Board of Directors on March 7, 2024.
- Conducted an online video briefing on “Integrity Management” and “Internal Material Information Handling Procedures” for all employees on November 27, 2024.
To safeguard the Company’s reputation, protect asset security, and prevent corruption, theft, misappropriation, or other illegal and unethical acts that could harm the interests of shareholders, employees, and partners, the Company has established a Whistleblowing Policy.
As of now, no whistleblowing cases have been received during 2024 and 2025.
