The Company has established a comprehensive compensation system, offering salaries above industry standards to maintain external competitiveness. At the same time, an appropriate salary structure based on job grades and levels is implemented to ensure internal fairness. The relevant measures are as follows:

  1. The Company has formulated Employee Work Rules covering working hours, leave, retirement benefits, occupational injury compensation, and other matters, all in compliance with the Labor Standards Act. Additionally, a Labor Welfare Committee is established to manage various employee welfare programs.
  2. The Company’s salary management system is linked to performance management results. Various bonus categories are awarded based on operational performance and individual performance evaluations.
  3. For inexperienced employees, hiring salaries are determined according to educational background salary standards, with all starting salaries set above the minimum wage.
  4. Promotion and salary adjustment processes incorporate industry and market survey data, fully considering operational performance and individual performance when making promotion and salary decisions.

Employee Safety and Health

The Company values employee rights and is committed to the balanced development of employees’ physical, mental, and spiritual well-being by providing a comfortable and safe working environment. In addition to complying with labor insurance, national health insurance, and group insurance regulations, the Company regularly conducts fire safety training, comprehensive health check-ups for all employees, occupational safety and health education and training, as well as employee trips. The implementation status of employee safety and health measures is as follows:

 

1. The Company places great emphasis on occupational safety and health. It has established an Occupational Safety and Health Committee in accordance with the law and formulated Safety and Health Management Procedures. Regular and ad hoc inspections of construction quality and safety and health conditions are conducted at worksites. Quality and safety health training is provided biannually to the site engineering team members.

 

2. Measures and educational policies related to employee safety and a healthy work environment, along with their implementation, include:

A. In addition to internal training, employees are sent to attend professional training courses offered by external organizations such as the China Occupational Safety and Health Management Association. In 2023, RUENTEX conducted a total of 138 internal training sessions with 1,299 participants and accumulated 3,353.5 training hours. External training sessions totaled 35 classes, with 40 participants and 737 training hours. The total training hours for all employees in the year amounted to 4,090.5 hours, averaging 33.3 hours of training per employee.

B. New employee orientation, safety and health education, and information security briefings were held with 100% participation.

 

3. There were no occupational accidents reported in 2023.

Investor Relations

The Company has always prioritized maximizing shareholder value as its primary business objective. In accordance with regulations, relevant information is disclosed on the Market Observation Post System (MOPS) to facilitate investors’ understanding of the Company’s operational status.

 

Supplier Management

The Company is committed to upholding corporate social responsibilities such as public safety and environmental hygiene. Contracts with contractors (suppliers) include provisions requiring compliance with relevant regulations on environmental protection, occupational safety and health, and labor rights. Construction site management strictly follows internal control mechanisms, including inspections and awareness campaigns. Violations of safety and health regulations or environmental pollution are subject to penalties, aiming to ensure that both the Company and suppliers adhere to environmental, safety, and health standards. The implementation status regarding suppliers’ environmental protection, occupational safety and health, and labor rights is as follows:

  1. The Company includes agreed-upon clauses in contracts with suppliers.
  2. For educational outreach, before each work process begins, a Workplace Hazard Notification Form is provided to fully inform workers. Large construction sites conduct Safety and Health Education and Disaster Prevention Training Sessions.
  3. The Company enforces supplier management strictly, maintaining zero occupational safety and health incidents and zero environmental pollution fines in recent years.

Stakeholders’ Rights

The Company maintains good relationships with its stakeholders and upholds the principle of integrity by providing sufficient operational information to properly safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.
